Avengers Initiative 是在 2012 年 9 月 5 號推出，已經先於 2014 年 4 月 26 號停止營運，劇情上屬於前傳性質。在神祕的衝擊現像席捲全球後，神盾局的監獄 The Vault 機能被停擺或者被破壞，這使得尼克只好先招集復仇者聯盟成員浩克去追捕逃犯，但卻被誤會而遭到鋼鐵人穿著浩克毀滅者攻擊，最後兩人的鬥爭被美國隊長阻止。
